As you can see, I am so into my ECO-on machine that I decorate it for the seasons a now all my Christmas party guests are going to think l’m some kind of baking domestic goddess. Can I use Eco-ON (Odor Neutralizers) around someone who suffers from allergies?
Any perfume can be allergenic to someone who suffers from allergies. If someone is suffering from an acute allergy, especially a chemical one, he/she should stay away from perfume. It is almost impossible to predict which and when a perfume will trigger an allergic reaction; it depends on the sensitivity to the allergy at a particular time. It is a complex mechanism and as a consequence avoidance is advisable.
How do I open my Eco dispenser?
You can open your dispenser by pressing on the bottom of the unit and pulling away the face from the backplate.
How long does a can last?
Under ‘normal’ settings (a 30mg dose every 7 mins) a 250ml can would last about 4 weeks.
How often do I need to change the batteries?
The batteries will last up to a year in your dispenser. They should be replaced with alkaline batteries only.
If my Eco Dispenser is not working, what should I do?
We have a full repair service and all of our dispensers are covered by a 1 year guarantee.
Can I use other brands of refill cans in my Eco dispenser?
We strongly recommend NOT using non-Eco refill cans in the dispenser. Use of non-Eco cans in an Eco dispenser automatically voids the warranty and can be dangerous seeing they were not designed to fit our dispensers.
